Springtime Hues in Winter - Etching and Photgravure

Original 2-layer etching using polymer photogravure and copper plate aquatint on Stonhenge cotton paper. Limited edition of 8.

The image was taken from an ink drawing done by the artist, recreated through the photgravure process in the dark room. An additional layer was then created using copper plate aquatint. Both were then hand printed by the artist with Charbonnel ink.
