Return Policy

  • Returns can be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product, for a full refund, so long as the product is in resalable condition.

  • If a return is desired beyond that timeframe, store credit can be offered.

  • In either case, the customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with returning the existing order, as well as costs associated with delivering replacement products.

  • Customers can mail returns to 850 Davis St, Kalamazoo, MI 49008

  • Refunds will not be processed until the product has been safely returned.

  • Customer must initiate the return process by email or through the contact form within 7 days of product arrival.

  • Should the product arrive in a visibly damaged shipping package, the customer is responsible for photographing the damage prior to opening the package and including this photo in their email.

  • Product that has arrived damaged will be reviewed on a case by case basis via email and will require photographic evidence.

Shipping Policy

  • All products are shipped via USPS the following business day, with the exception of some large paintings and international shipping, which is done through FedEx.

  • Tracking will be provided to you as soon as it is available.

  • Shipping rates are based on the size of the product, and default to the largest product in your order, if purchasing multiple items.

  • Return shipping is always the responsibility of the customer.
